Through the members only collaboration area of our website you will find documents and advice prepared by a range of professionals in their field to help our tourism businesses and organizations.  In addition we can ask for specific help online from members, or arrange one to one mentoring sessions with fellow members.

We are recognized by Thanet District Council and Visit Kent as the voice of tourism in the area.  We maintain good relations and lobby for change where required. We also raise individual concerns of members and in some cases help negotiate on our members behalf. We are also contacted by the media regularly for our views on tourism and this is particularly useful in the event of “Bad Press”.  We are here to defend the reputation of the area.

We meet monthly to get to know each other better and to discuss opportunities for us to work together and promote each other’s offering. We also have a “Bite Size” facilitated workshop session on a topic of interest to members that will really help our businesses.
